We are currently working with ManpowerGroup Australia's extended RAP Team, and today they launched their inaugural Reflect RAP. Such a great achievement and so excited to support Teresa Bakaouka and the team in achieving their RAP objectives moving now into implementation. https://lnkd.in/eBH3D4QE
Today, as we mark National Reconciliation Week, ManpowerGroup Australia is thrilled to announce the launch of our inaugural Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). This significant milestone reflects our commitment to partnering with and learning from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities to drive meaningful change. Our Reflect RAP lays the groundwork for future initiatives, empowering us to lead by example and demonstrate our dedication to Reconciliation. We believe in the power of collaboration and seek to engage with communities in a culturally respectful manner, listening and learning to better understand how we can align our business practices with their needs. At ManpowerGroup, we are committed to building knowledge that inspires action. Our RAP will guide us as we reflect, adapt, and strengthen our organisational practices to foster a culturally safe and supportive environment for all. We strive to create a workplace where First Nations people feel empowered to thrive, offering opportunities for meaningful and sustainable careers within our direct and on-hired workforces, as well as across our broader client base. We invite you to join us on this journey of Reconciliation. Please explore our Reflect RAP and share in our commitment to creating a more inclusive and equitable future for all Australians.
