About

Hello, it's Kath. I'm the founder of Inspiring Leaders and we help accelerate results in organisations by cultivating inspiring and high performance leaders, teams and cultures.

Dozens of my clients have gone from being stressed, operating 90% on willpower, and not having enough time for themselves, their health, their relationships, or their family; to now leading with joy, fulfilment, inspiration and contribution.

Our Inspiring Leaders Executive Coaching Program is where I work closely with leaders as their trusted advisor, to help them with the right leadership mindset, effective behavioural strategy & framework, and step-by-step guided pathway to step into their true potential.

My passion is to inspire a generation of leaders who lead from the heart and transform the business culture into warm, supportive, and thriving spaces.

My journey started with 25 years of studying human behaviour through the lens of education and leadership.

I had the leadership role I wanted but I felt overwhelmed, lonely and exhausted working around the clock. I had it all on the outside but felt empty and helpless on the inside. My life was falling apart.

I knew something had to change.

I started to search the internet, read books, listen to speakers, and attend trainings about coaching & human behaviour. All so that I can pull my life together, help the people I love, and give more to others around me...

Then for the first time ever, I realised the biggest lesson that turned my world around:

Leadership has to start with self.

The ONLY way for leaders to truly influence others is to lead ourselves and to invest in ourselves first.

Once we've done that, everything else cascades.

Over the last few years, I've trained over 2000 people, ran 50+ business & leadership trainings across Australia, coached 45+ executives and leaders in 21 different industries to elevate this important message and share my formula for leaders to inspire, influence and innovate from a space of self-love and self-leadership.
