Account Manager (Melbourne)
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Melbourne. You will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing our client relationships across Australia and the wider APAC region, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with newly onboarded and existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and issues, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
- Develop and execute account management strategies to retain customers, increase product adoption, and drive revenue growth.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their success using Supy and highlight opportunities for improving their operations through our platform.
- Collaborate with the Country Manager and Sales team to identify growth opportunities within your accounts.
- Monitor industry trends and client feedback to continuously improve customer experience and recommend new product features.
- Provide regular reports and updates on account performance and growth opportunities to the Country Manager.
- Visit clients on-site
You will be a great fit if you have
• Experience in hospo tech, inventory management, POS and/or F&B industry knowledge.
• Proven track record in account management, customer success, or similar roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A customer-centric mindset with a focus on long-term customer success.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with HubSpot and G Suite.
