An Account Manager IS vital in leading the day-to-day project delivery for our FMCG portfolio of clients and supporting the team to enable the broader agency vision.
THE TASK AT HAND
The Account Manager is responsible for:
- The project/campaign delivery, particularly through the production process – They're accountable for making it happen
- Managing the day-to-day project team for FMCG clients (creative, strategy, production)
- Owning timelines and budgets (with input from resourcing + production)
- Cost control on projects (including raising job numbers, estimates, invoicing and reporting on project utilisation / profitability)
- Arranging project team meetings; organising and scheduling meetings
- Working with resource management and Head of Production to schedule resources across the Collective
- Ensuring we deliver projects on time and on budget
- Running tasks briefs and post implementation reviews
- Voicing a point of view on how we could do things better as an agency collective or in making the work better
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO TBWA
Skills
- 2+ years agency experience
- Strong organisation and interpersonal skills and a high attention to detail
- Strong integrated marketing experience- ideally all channels
- Ability to work and manage multiple smaller projects autonomously from brief to completion
- Ability to deliver high standards of client satisfaction, measured through feedback
Knowledge
- Ability to understand and interpret a client’s business and its competitors
- Integrated mindset with a clear understanding of marcomms across different brands
- Strong experience managing budgets/financial processes
- Experience creating master timing plans, cost estimates and controlling production processes financially to improve cost efficiencies and profitability

- Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure
- A genuine passion for the industry, creativity & pride in your work
- An individual who loves making things happen- loves seeing ideas come to fruition and facilitating teams to get there
- Good attitude and proactiveness to drive improvements to help the team
