Beevo makes small businesses happy! We do this by connecting them to essential services like power, NBN, insurance, waste management, payments and more when they move into a new office or shop. We work with some of the biggest utilities and commercial real estate companies in the country.


We are looking for driven, confident, kind and emotionally intelligent people who are looking to commence or further their career in operations and administration. Beevo is has been helping small businesses for over ten years however is growing faster than ever.


The Role:

In the role of Administration and Operations Assistant you will become a member of the Beevo Operations and Compliance team. Your role will be to provide operational support to our sales team to ensure they have all of the information, systems and understanding of our processes to be successful.


We will train, support and coach you on a range of systems and how best to communicate with your teammates and stakeholders. Like the rest of us, you will grow with the business and enjoy continuous learning as you gain experience and new skills.


The office is based in our brand-new Cremorne office, a stone’s throw from Richmond station.


Key Tasks include:

  • Liaise with Beevo staff and suppliers to work through issues that arise, following established procedures to ensure customer connections are timely and accurate.
  • Conduct basic training sessions for sales team members, focusing on energy products, regulatory compliance, and supplier systems.
  • Enter and update data to reflect suppliers, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all records.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales calls to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance
  • Process sales orders as needed throughout the day, including downloading, uploading, and organising files to ensure accurate sales tracking and reporting.
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve issues, following established procedures to ensure timely and accurate corrections.
  • Manage and submit sales call recordings to suppliers for quality and reporting purposes.


To succeed you must be:

  • Competent in Excel e.g. data entry, formatting, simple formulas
  • Computer literate e.g. basic word processing, email and calendar management
  • A confident communicator (verbal and written)
  • Quick to learn new things, including Beevo processes and systems
  • Able to work with high levels of accuracy when inputting data
  • Professional and bring a positive attitude to work
  • Emotionally intelligent and able to put yourself in the shoes of others
  • Highly organised and attention to detail
  • Proactive and take initiative

Salary: $60,000 per year full time
