The opportunity:


As the Administrative & Personal Assistant supporting two of our Co-Founders, you’ll play a key role in keeping their professional and personal life running smoothly. From managing calendars and coordinating travel to organising personal errands and family logistics, your role will be dynamic and rewarding.


This position offers a unique blend of high-level administrative responsibilities and personal support, all while contributing to a vibrant, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.


What you'll be doing:


  • Calendar Management: Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events to ensure optimal time management.
  • Document Handling: Organizing and maintaining both physical and digital files, processing invoices and expenses, and ensuring easy access to essential documents.
  • Travel Coordination: Planning seamless travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
  • Project Support: Assisting with office projects, tracking timelines, and providing regular updates.
  • Office Management: Ensuring office supplies are stocked, liaising with vendors, and handling equipment or maintenance needs.
  • Personal Errands: Running personal errands like shopping, handling day-to-day tasks, and managing personal projects.
  • Family Support (when needed): Coordinating family logistics, managing children's schedules, and assisting with family-related travel and activities.


What we’re looking for:


  • An experienced Admin Assistant, Office Manager, or a similar support role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Proficiency in calendar management, travel arrangements, and coordinating schedules.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs and take initiative to get things done.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
