Business Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for 12-14 years experienced Telecom Service Order Management (SOM) Business Analyst (BA). The

successful candidate will work with in-house solution teams and/or third parties.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, prioritize, validate, and document business requirements or user stories.

 Design and optimize SOM processes to streamline order orchestration, reduce cycle times, and enhance customer

satisfaction.

 Candidate should have expertise in

 Various network domains

 Telecom OSS

 Network as a service layer

 TMF compliant network APIs

 Order orchestration

 Event generation and consumption for E2E Order visibility

 Integration with external vendor for logistic delivery and management

 Co-relation of network alarms

Skill/Experience Requirements:

6+ years of demonstrated experience in order management, business analysis, or a related role within the

telecommunications industry.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Proficiency in order management systems and tools.

 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

 Knowledge of telecommunications industry standards and practices.

 Agile way of working
