Your Role
We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to support key digital projects. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the successful delivery while maintaining and enhancing documentation tools and standards.
As a hands-on role, the position emphasizes managing key internal stakeholders and coordinating workflows between internal and external teams. The role ensures that all project components are effectively documented, clearly communicated, and efficiently managed to meet deadlines.
In addition, this role involves assessing business requirements and documenting them using appropriate tools to ensure they align with business needs and are ready for development and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships and ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders throughout project stages
- Develop business requirements, user stories, and process flows using agile tools, and maintain traceability and governance
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and balancing stakeholder expectations
- Participate in functional and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements and objectives
- Collaborate with teams on digital projects, including websites, e-commerce, and CRM, to ensure successful project delivery

- Skilled in managing senior stakeholders and ensuring smooth project delivery across cross-functional and offshore teams
- Familiar with digital technologies, including Umbraco, Hubspot, SAP, POS, and eCommerce applications would be helpful but not essential
- Strong analytical skills, focused on understanding business needs, defining requirements, and driving successful outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clear documents, present ideas effectively, and facilitate workshops to build strong stakeholder relationships
