We’re seeking a Vehicle Operations Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will support the efficient delivery of new Mazda vehicles from Mazda Corporation to our dealer network. Leveraging your expertise in data analysis and modelling, you will drive improvements in our supply chain, inventory management, and overall operational effectiveness.
This position requires a full-time, in-office presence five days a week, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting effective teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver actionable insights through data modelling, analysis, and reporting to enhance operational efficiency.
Design, track, and refine KPIs to improve vehicle operations and supply chain performance.
Manage and maintain accurate vehicle operations data and oversee key system updates.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify best practices, optimize processes, and support user training.
Monitor budget performance, forecast expenditure, and provide regular updates.
Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and insights using tools like Power BI to support decision-making.
About you:
You’ll bring a strong analytical mindset, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for process improvement. With at least five years of experience in business, supply chain, or analytics, you’re confident managing data and delivering insights that drive results. Proficiency in Excel, Oracle SQL, and Power BI is essential, and experience in the automotive or dealership sector is a bonus. Your communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders will ensure your success in this role.
