ABOUT THE ROLEWe’re seeking a proactive, well-rounded Business Analyst with a blend of technical and business skills to drive key initiatives focused on client experience and operational efficiencies. Reporting to the Head of Delivery, this role requires ownership of end-to-end solutions, with the ability to holistically assess business, technology, and change implications. Ideal for self-starters who excel under pressure and thrive in dynamic environments. DUTIES

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive end-to-end process reviews and identify optimization opportunities.
• Translate business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage initiatives focused on client experience and operational efficiencies.
• Facilitate workshops to drive stakeholder alignment and consensus.
• Provide holistic assessments of business and change impacts for solutions.
• Take ownership of deliverables, proactively resolving issues and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or consulting.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Expertise in process improvement and business process modeling (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage senior relationships.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results under pressure.
• Familiarity with financial products, systems, and regulations is highly regarded.

• Salary: $130,000 - $145,000 + super
