Business Development Manager

The Opportunity

In this BDM role, you will be at the forefront of tapping into the market to build upon the existing Bullivants portfolio while supporting to deliver on a compelling customer offer and value add approach. Working alongside the current BDM and Sales Team you will identify opportunities to convert leads with your proactive approach.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based at Bullivants Braeside. Given the nature of this role there will be the requirement to travel across the territory using a tool of trade vehicle.

Tasks Of The Role

• Identify opportunities for business growth to convert leads within the defined market
• Proactively approach and build relationships with potential customers
• Partner with the other Business Development Manager to create a value-add approach while leveraging competitive advantage
• Develop a strong sales pipeline to ensure the achievement of targets
• Support at a local level relevant planned marketing and technical campaigns
  
  

Some Of The Skills Required

• Previous BDM or Sales experience
• A background in Engineering or previous industry experience advantageous
• Proactive and ambitious mindset to build upon existing presence
• Ability to foster meaningful relationships with customers
• A forward-thinking mindset to develop solution-oriented outcomes for customers
• High level written and verbal communication
• A full, unrestricted Australian drivers license
