  • Mentor and empower new team members as required.
  • Conduct structured interviews to uncover top talent and build a high-performing team.
  • Engage in weekly global training sessions via Zoom to sharpen skills and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Immerse yourself in our self-paced Personal Development products, fuelling your own growth journey.
  • (Advantageous) Have a strong understanding of popular social media platforms for further outreach.
