Job Description

Dutton Financial Services is a proud subsidiary of Dutton Automotive, which specialises in delivering innovative and competitive financing solutions designed to fulfill customers' automotive aspirations. A dedicated team of professionals who possess extensive expertise in both the automotive and finance sectors, ensuring to provide exceptional service aligned with their clients’ needs.

An exciting opportunity has now become available within Dutton Garage, located at the iconic Richmond site. We are in search of a highly motivated Business Manager who is passionate about serving our customers and enhancing their experience with us.

In this pivotal role, you will engage with customers at the point of sale, guiding them through the process of re-financing or upgrading their current vehicles and assets. You will collaborate closely with our Dutton Garage sales team, contributing to our collective goal of not only selling cars but also elevating the Dutton Financial Services brand. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in automotive finance or brokerage, complemented by sales experience and a commitment to outstanding customer service.

We are seeking someone with a keen eye for opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our diverse range of products, ensuring that our customers receive the best financial solutions tailored to their individual needs. Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers, both over the phone and face-to-face is a MUST.
  • Knowledge of multiple panels of lenders and products to identify the best outcome for our customers’ needs.
  • Strong organisational skills and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail, with theability to work autonomously.
  • Willingness to learn and think outside the square.
  • A strong adherence to all compliance measures.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated and apositive mindset.
  • Demonstrate clear and professional communication and interpersonal skills.
