We are seeking an experienced administrator looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and community-focused organisation. The role will suit someone who thrives in a collaborative and fast-pace environment, has excellent attention to detail and excels at multitasking.


As Business Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Chairperson, CEO, and Commissioners to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Your expertise in administration, PA support, and experience working with senior stakeholders will be vital in streamlining processes, coordinating meetings, and maintaining high standards of communication and confidentiality. Additionally, you will support governance activities and assist the Governance, Legal, Operations, and Engagement (GLOE) division to deliver its regulatory functions effectively.


In this role, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality administrative support to the Chairperson, CEO, and Commissioners, including diary management, travel bookings, and correspondence management.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including commission meetings ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and informed, while maintaining high standards of confidentiality.
  • Managing day-to-day operational functions of the Governance team, including managing records and document management for compliance.
  • Processing expenses and invoices using the commission’s finance system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
