The Opportunity

Join the Revo Fitness Executive Team in bringing accessible fitness to all Australians.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Founder, the new role of Chief Commercial Officer is a strategic leadership role, driving Revo’s growth and innovation.

Overseeing the Property, Leasing and Development portfolio along with the vertical integration business units, this role will be instrumental in the next phase of Revo’s expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of commercial strategies, new business models and revenue streams and oversee relevant projects related to innovation and vertical integration.
• Build strategic partnerships and commercial models that support with vertical integration.
• Optimise the Property function for Revo and refine key processes and activities aligned toward growing the property, leasing and development portfolio.
• Conduct detailed commercial and financial analysis to support decision-making and drive business performance.
• Research and activate progressive and contemporary concepts that align with Revo’s strategic objectives.
  
  

About You

We are looking for a leader with 10+ years of management experience, leading multiple functions across dispersed locations. With a background in commerce or commercial law, you’ll have the knowledge and skills to drive commercial strategies, property portfolios, revenue growth and market expansion.

You’ll match the passion, drive and financial acumen of your Exec peers and be motivated by change, growth and innovation in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organisation.
