About The Tole:
Work closely with the founders and other key leaders to drive the big-picture goals while being hands-on in day-to-day operations.
Design and optimize scalable operational systems and processes to support the demands of a rapidly growing start-up.
Proactively identify operational risks and implement robust mitigation strategies to ensure operational effectiveness before they become bottlenecks.
You will establish operational, finance, people and legal systems, taking them from 0-1.
Grow your team - build and manage specialised functions as we grow, including mentoring high potential team members to ensure sustained operational excellence.
About You:
High growth startup experience: Proven track record successfully scaling operations from 0-1 in a high-growth startup.
Scale from end to end: You can build operational infrastructure and systems from scratch then identify, hire and manage specialists across the different operational functions.
End to end ownership: You can confidently execute from IC to executive altitudes, identifying the most important strategic problems to solve ahead of time, then jumping into the details to get things done when you need to.
Drive to Create: Passionate about building a business from scratch and ready to face the unique challenges of a startup environment.
Leadership Under Uncertainty: Skilled in motivating a team through fast-paced, changing conditions.
