Commercial Analyst - Southeast Location

The Role

Sitting within the finance team and reporting to the FP&A Manager the Commercial Analyst will add value to the business with a focus on market support, revenue growth, profitability, business optimisation and finance process improvement.

What you will need to bring to the table:

• Identify and prioritise the organisations strategic, functional and technical needs.
• Complete month-end reporting and provide meaningful insights into the financial performance
• Support the Operations and Supply chain teams to execute ongoing projects.
• Assist with business case preparation and delivering on new business projects
• Provide insights through accurate and timely analysis and reporting.
• Ad-hoc projects around process improvement and transformation

About you

• Commerce or Business degree (CA/CPA desirable)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail or FMCG industries
• Advanced excel with financial modelling
• ERP implementation experience preferable
• Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Proven track record to apply an analytical and commercial approach to decision making
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deal effectively with both internal and external business partners
