Commercial Property Manager

An excellent opportunity presents to join our growing team based in Richmond, working closely with experienced leaders to maximise your career progression.

The role includes:

Managing a diverse and impressive portfolio of commercial property

Being the key point of contact for landlords and tenants

Collaborating with team members to ensure outstanding performance

Ensuring all critical dates and other information is accurate and updated on systems

Maintaining Insurance, Security Deposit / Bank Guarantee registers

Conducting lease negotiations, market reviews and providing advice to clients

Undertaking inspections and overseeing maintenance / repairs as required

Skills & experience required:

Can do attitude and enthusiasm to succeed

Excellent attention to detail 

Superior organisational and communication skills 

Property management experience – either commercial or a residential PM looking to switch to commercial

Monday – Friday work, no weekends

Agents Representative Certificate required

Ongoing training and support provided

Attractive salary + commission structure + onsite parking provided
