Job Description
To handle telephone traffic for a pre-sale, point of sales and post-sales environment.
Enter service requests into in house system.
To resolve and process all consumers' enquiries and requests in a professional manner.
To accurately input orders onto the in-house systems.
To work as part of a team, meeting individual, team and department objectives
To be self-sufficient and able to prioritise tasking
To be able to communicate with both external and internal customers at all levels
To be able to understand spare part diagrams and communicate with relevant personnel in factory to swiftly identify relevant spare parts
To coordinate with factory logistics team and monitor delivery status for all spare part orders
To have a continuous focus on customer care
To create quotations for all Accessories, Consumables and Spare Parts to clients
To manage all Warranty related request and data recording
To ensure all enquiries, questions, issues and customer complaints are fully resolved
The Successful Applicant
Capable of setting priorities, meeting predetermined deadlines and multitasking
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
People orientated with a positive and constructive view, enjoy working with others. A high percentage of time will be spent working with a wide range of contacts
Results driven
Must have strong oral and written communication skills
