THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Manager based in Epping. This position involves leading our collaborative Customer Service Team - reporting to the Retail Manager.

This is a FULL TIME role.

Responsibilities

• Telephone customer service and sales
• Managing a diverse team of Customer Service Officers
• Supervising the allocation of sales enquiries
• Ensuring efficient staff resources are available to cover work load
• Ensuring sales orders are processed to an accurate and timely standard
• Completing accurate pricing estimates and customer proposals
• Assisting with the preparation and response to tender documents
• Production of reports in line with agreed KPI’s
• Compliance with Stratco’s safety and other policies
  
  

About You

• Experience in a similar customer service management role, ideally within building or manufacturing industries
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
• Strong people management skills
• Aptitude for product use in the trade and retail environments
• Relentless approach to ensuring the customers’ needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Highly organised with the ability to liaise across all levels of the business
• Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
