We're seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join a top-performing team for an international luxury hotel equipment manufacturer. We're in search of a Customer Service Officer with enthusiasm to work within international timezones from the Keysborough HQ.

What do you do?
We are seeking employees who are available and committed to working from Melbourne across international time zones. We are looking for an employee who will be dedicated to one of the following timezones below:
Looking for an employee to work from Melbourne within each respective time zone who is able and committed to working one of the following hours:
United States: 5:00 am – 1:00 pm | 38 hours per week
Asia: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm | 38 hours per week
Dubai 3:00pm – 11:00 pm | 38 hours per week
Connect with potential clients through our well-curated in-house database.
Create lasting relationships that propel business efforts
Achieve sales goals, collaborate and coordinate seamless services to our clients
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to ensure all referrals are managed efficiently.
Create rapport and trust with prospective customers. Deliver exceptional communication skills to gain loyal clientele.
What you need?
- Minimum of 3-5 years in high-level call centre, sales support, or appointment setting within a commercial environment.
- Self-motivated, confident, and a proactive approach toward clients.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
