FP&A Director
As we continue our transformation and growth journey in the region, we are now looking to appoint a Director, FP&A APAC to join our team at our regional finance team.
This position can be based at either our Dandenong South site in Melbourne or our Lurnea facility in Sydney.
Reporting to the VP Finance, Asia Pac, your role will be pivotal in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
Ideally, you will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial modelling, and the ability to communicate complex financial data to diverse stakeholders.

FP&A Director
As we continue our transformation and growth journey in the region, we are now looking to appoint a Director, FP&A APAC to join our team at our regional finance team.
This position can be based at either our Dandenong South site in Melbourne or our Lurnea facility in Sydney.
Reporting to the VP Finance, Asia Pac, your role will be pivotal in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
Ideally, you will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial modelling, and the ability to communicate complex financial data to diverse stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Financial Planning: Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies.
- Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to analyse business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Strategic Support: Partner with senior leadership to evaluate new business opportunities, pricing strategies, and cost management initiatives.
- Mergers and Acquisitions: partner with M&A team to ensuring financial considerations are effectively integrated into the decision-making process.
- Capital Deployment: including investment analysis, capital budgeting and resource allocation.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial and operational performance.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CA/CPA preferred.
- Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis and leadership.
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning software is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
