About Auror
At Auror, we're empowering the retail industry to tackle theft and Organised Retail Crime, a $150 Billion problem globally. It's high volume crime that's increasingly organised in nature and is putting people, retailers, and communities at risk every day.
Founded in New Zealand 11 years ago, we're working with some of the best and largest retailers in the world across the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
Auror is connecting people and intelligence to reduce crime. We're using technology for good. In partnership with our leading retail partners, we need people with the passion, determination, and innovation required to overcome one of the world's largest problems. If you're looking to make a difference with and for the people dedicated to stopping crime, for good, then we want you on our team.

At Auror, we owe our success to the partnerships we have with our customers, our efficiency with which we deliver leading-edge products and services, and our organisational processes. We are proud to set the standard for success in our industry globally.
This role, internally known as Director of Retail Partnerships, will lead our Strategic Account Management team in Melbourne. You will play a key role in creating, building, and growing the partnerships teams across Australia, responsible for bringing on board new retailers, and you will be a key member of our AU/NZ Customer leadership team, playing an important role in shaping Auror's growth and success in this market.
At Auror, we value co-location and have a hybrid flexible working model; the Auror office is located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.
Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
I have worked at some of New Zealand's top tech startups over the past 10 years and have discovered I love working with smart and agile teams, solving complex problems. I am passionate about helping people do their best work, am people-led and am an empath to my core. I thrive off watching the people around me doing incredible things and want people to dream big. If you are like me before I joined Auror, you may not yet fully understand what we do. What I can tell you is that the work we do solves real problems - it is meaningful, gives me purpose, and helps keep our communities safe. Outside of work, you will find my girlfriend and I renovating our house, eating at the best spots, and travelling to the beach or snow at any opportunity. Check out my LinkedIn here.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
With diversity and inclusion at the forefront of Auror's guiding principles, we promote a culture that celebrates diversity and inclusiveness at Auror, regardless of, but not limited to, race, gender, sexual orientation, family status, religion, ethnicity, national origin, physical disability, veteran status, or age.
