Position Summary

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve property’s financial room and catering goals whilst consistently analysing market information

Responsible for managing large group/catering related opportunities with significant revenue potential

Support the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by serving our chic explorers with each customer experience

Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts

Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external

Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst enabling achievement of property sales objectives

Lead and manages all day-to-day activities related to the sales function

Collaborate with your Sales team on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that exceed guest expectations

Be a collaborative and inclusive leader, providing motivation and support to the associates

Plan and execute agendas for team building activities, celebrating each culture and creating an inclusive environment

Experience in a similar managerial role
