We are looking to recruit for an E-Key Account Manager to support our brand growth with a leading and growing marketplace/online retailer.
About The Role
- Daily management of the online retailer account with a particular focus on SKU NPPM management, e-merchandising, inventory monitoring & supply
- Manage the account relationship & to work on an effective planning process to ensure alignment on joint business plans
- Build a holistic understanding of the customer and how our brands can accelerate recruitment within platform
- Create and maintain an online e-business plan: e-promotional calendars, product exclusivities, cross selling mechanisms, data ownership within ecommerce
- Drive the relationship with partners to ensure synergies between the brand’s own digital activities and those of the online retailer
- Work closely with other internal departments (supply, category management, media, finance & marketing) to define the consumer experience, e-merchandising strategies & performance media drivers
- Manage, analyze and draw conclusions on specific e-commerce KPIs
- Build accurate forecasts and drive account results by planning all sales growth drivers accordingly.
- Activate the right business drivers by tracking and drawing conclusions from e-commerce KPIs (unique visitors, conversion rate, profit optimization).
- Work closely with our media managers & agencies, to determine the best in class “search” results for our products, using qualitative content to leverage media investments and social presence
- Experience managing accounts within the online retailer space
- You will be a natural collaborator with a strong analytical mind-set which would enable you to influence those around you to drive your account growth.
- You will possess excellent gravitas and strong communication skills to be able to articulate a clear vision effectively in partnership with your key account/s to achieve mutually beneficial commercial outcomes.
- Your commercial approach and digital savviness will set you apart as will your conviction and resilience to work within a fast-paced agile environment.
