We’re looking for someone with great attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to take on multiple tasks!

We're looking for an Admin assistant who can keep the office runnning, assist our Head of People and Finance with tasks, and provide support where needed. This is a new role, so we have the ability to scope it to fit your skill set.


Permanent Part Time - 19 hours a week.

Linkly is a Fintech company that specialises in providing payment integration solutions for businesses and we have been Australia’s leading supplier for over 20 years! We build software for instore and online payment processing and serve all major Banks and retailers. This role will support our Head of Online payments as he works development and delivery to improve our go to market capability.


Key Responsibilities:


You will be working in the People and Finance team. The role will assist in various activities that come up - events coordination, office mgmt, EA activities. You will work with a counterpart in the Sydney office, so we have the flexibility to scope the role.


Administrative Support:


  • Ad hoc tasks needed to support the finance and people team - for example, screening calls for recruitment, drafting content for our intranet site, co-ordinating sub-letting for our CFO
  • Assist in the organization of Client meetings, including preparation & welcoming external clients.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.


Office Management:


  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive and organized work environment.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, upkeep kitchen items, vendor relationships and team lunches.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, liaising with service providers & building management as needed.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities.


Experience:


  • 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative support, or similar role, preferably within a corporate or fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in office management / office assistant position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with calendar management tools and project management software.

We would like this role to be 4 days in office, 10-2pm with some home office hours for a total of 19 hrs/week.
