We are seeking a File Management Officer who will be responsible for providing a variety of administrative support to the Claims Team.
About The Role
- Arranging independent medical examinations for injured workers, ensuring all relevant correspondence is provided to the key stakeholders in a timely manner
- Communicating with the injured workers, reminding them of their appointment dates and times
- Preparing correspondence to workers, employers, and other stakeholders in response to either queries received or arising from the processing of claims
- Assisting with the day-to-day administration duties of the team
- Proactively work within the team environment and actively contribute to team goals, assisting other team members and supporting a positive working environment
- Demonstrated experience with MS Office Products
- Strong work ethic and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
