The Role
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and general ledger balances.
Monitor and manage cash flow to support the company's operational and strategic goals.
Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
Prepare tax returns and assist with audits.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and company policies.
Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring proper processes are followed.
The Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Financial Accountant role or broad Assistant Accountant position.
Intermediate excel skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
