Requirements

What You Bring to the Table:

• 7 + Years of CA/CPA accreditation, with bonus points for audit expertise, complemented by proven leadership experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments and offshore teams
• A strategic mindset with a passion for simplifying complexity and building scalable systems
• Expertise in compliance, financial reporting, and cash flow optimisation
• The aspiration to step into a CFO mindset and take on challenges beyond the role
• Confidence to dive into the trenches, work alongside your offshore team, and tackle challenges head-on
• Compliance—oversee preparation of company tax returns, FBT, and BAS while liaising with financiers, auditors, and tax advisors to ensure compliance and efficiency
