About The Role
As a Guest Service Agent you will be the first point of contact for our guests during overnight hours. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay for guests while handling any inquiries or issues that may arise during the night. Your commitment to excellent customer service will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our guests.
Some Of The Responsibilities Include
Manage guest arrivals, departures and reservations ensuring a high level of accuracy.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest enquiries and requests promptly while resolving complaints efficiently.
Perform cashiering tasks, including foreign currency exchange, payments, and check-outs accurately.
Support the Landing Place Restaurant team with various tasks, as required
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of public and back-of-house areas.
Assist with maintaining security of the hotel and its guests and be familiar with emergency procedures.
Comply with health & safety regulations and company policies to ensure guest satisfaction, safety & security.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role, preferred.
Proficiency in Opera hotel management software and basic computer skills.
Comfortable working overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
