Duties
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business development strategies that align with company goals, focusing on revenue growth and market expansion.
- New Business Opportunities: Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, market research, and networking.
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, clients, and industry leaders to enhance brand presence and create mutually beneficial opportunities.
- Sales & Negotiations: Lead high-level negotiations with key clients and partners, ensuring mutually advantageous agreements.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive success.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market needs to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, ideally within Merchandise industry highly desirable.
- Strong business development skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of securing high-value partnerships.
- Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach.
