About the Opportunity
The Head of Organisation Development will lead a centre of excellence (CoE) that drives global talent strategies and processes to align HR initiatives with organizational goals. This role ensures HR delivers measurable value to the business while fostering a culture of innovation, inventory of talent, continuous learning, and engagement. Partnering with senior management across subfunctions, other CoEs, and HR leaders, this individual will bridge strategic HR initiatives with operational execution. The role demands a strong leader who can influence, innovate, and deliver results across diverse and complex global environments.
This is a newly created role to support the global growth of Novotech, the Head of Organisation Development will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the company's people related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Learning and Development (L&D):
- Design, implement, and lead a global learning and development strategy that promotes continuous growth, leadership development, and the cultivation of future talent pipelines.
- Collaborate with senior business leaders to create tailored training programs addressing business needs and driving employee performance.
- Evaluate and incorporate modern learning methodologies, including digital learning platforms and experiential learning opportunities, to enhance employee engagement and capability.
- Communications and Culture:
- Champion initiatives to build and sustain a unified organizational culture that values inclusion, engagement, and innovation across global teams.
- Develop and implement a global internal communications strategy that fosters open, transparent dialogue, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
- Talent and Performance Management:
- Design and deliver talent management strategies, including robust succession planning, high-potential talent development, and leadership pipeline creation.
- Oversee the global performance management process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving meaningful employee development.
- Leverage HR data and analytics to support data-driven decision-making in talent assessments and workforce planning.
- Collaboration and Alignment:
- Work closely with other HR centres of excellence to ensure alignment of organizational development initiatives with compensation, reporting, and other HR functions.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent planning, and workforce engagement strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or certification in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or HR Leadership is highly desirable.
- Professional Experience:
- Demonstrated success in leading transformation, and talent management initiatives..
- Experience designing and implementing talent management frameworks, including succession planning and leadership development programs.
- Strong track record of managing and driving cultural transformation initiatives that enhance engagement and performance.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable HR strategies.
- Expertise in developing and delivering global L&D programs, including the use of digital learning platforms and innovative methodologies.
- High cultural intelligence and adaptability to work effectively across global teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
