They pride themselves on the level of customer service that they provide to a wide range of customers in the Victorian Region. They provide their valued customers with a huge range of access equipment and machinery for their hire means to ensure they get the best result.


As a result of impressive growth, we're on the hunt for an experienced Hire Controller who is wanting to move into a growth-focused business and kick off 2025 with a bang.


The Role;


  • Performing daily and weekly operational procedures and reporting.
  • Receiving and inputting orders from Customers and Account Managers.
  • Coordinate in house and sub contracted transport.
  • Manage customer sales inquiries.
  • Raising purchase orders.
  • Answering phone calls, replying to emails and accounts inquiries.
  • Liaising with the service team regarding machine requirements and site specific safety paperwork.
  • Data entry and filing.
  • Equipment stock takes.
  • Responding to any customer requests.
  • Preparing quotes and pricelists.


About you:


  • Demonstrated experience, ideally 2+ years, in a similar position with a successful track record.
  • Proven ability to build and foster strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • The ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, effectively meet deadlines and successfully prioritise work.
  • Strong motivation to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • A fun, energetic and hardworking approach.
  • Willingness to learn and be coached for success.
  • Sound data entry skills.
  • Valid Australian Drivers License.
