Could you be the nextANZ Indirect Buyer in Dandenong we’re looking for?

Reporting to the ANZ Indirect Procurement Manager you will be setting up the full supplier selection process, deploying commodities strategy, leading the supplier Panel relationship (Supplier workload, negotiation, framework agreements or service level agreement)

We’ll look to you for:

  • Preparing and launching of requests for quotation with suppliers with emphasis on detailed cost breakdown.
  • Leading the project negotiation, not only limited to price, but also contracts and scope of works.
  • Ensuring the on-time delivery and quality are secured especially during the ramp-up phase of the project.
  • Responsible to develop an country commodity strategy and supplier panel elaboration.
  • Measuring the supplier's performance and develop them in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Participating actively in the resolution of invoices disputes or payment issues with our suppliers.
  • Supporting the digital transformation of Alstom's procure to pay process.

  • Proven experience in Engineering Services, Consultancy Services
  • Degree in engineering or supply chain management
  • Experience analysing and negotiating terms and conditions for suppliers is desirable
  • Experience in SAP ARIBA is desirable.
