Investment Analyst (Impact Fund)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting fundamental analysis to support bid evaluation and achieve financial close.
• Construct, maintain, and review detailed financial models (mostly project finance models) to assess investment feasibility and value existing assets.
• Assist in preparing term sheets, investment committee papers, and presentations.
• Assisting the caluculation of debt optimisation.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and manage professional advisors as needed.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new investment opportunities.
• Support financial management and monitoring of existing portfolio investments.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience within a role with exposure to project finance infrastructure models (PPP/Renewables - models with debt optimisation). Likely M&A/Investment Banking, Infrastructure lead financial advisory, or infrastructure financial modelling/deals modelling teams.
• We will require candidates to either have built ground up project finance models, or have completed courses for project finance modelling - which complements their above listed experience.
