Minutes to Seconds is looking for a IT Outsourcing Business Development Manager in a remote role.

Requirements

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented IT Outsourcing Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our IT services and outsourcing business. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, foster strong client relationships, and create tailored solutions that align with client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development and Strategy:
    • Identify and pursue new IT outsourcing opportunities to meet sales and revenue targets.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts.
    • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competition, and client needs.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
    • Understand client requirements and propose customized IT outsourcing solutions.
    • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and act as a primary point of contact for escalations.
  • Sales and Negotiation:
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to clients.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals successfully.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure the feasibility and quality of proposed solutions.
    • Coordinate with marketing to develop campaigns targeting key industries and clients.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and achievements.
  • Performance and Growth:
    • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs.
    • Continuously explore ways to improve the sales process and client engagement strategies.
Qualifications And Skills

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Proven track record of 5+ years in IT outsourcing sales or business development.
    • Experience working in industries such as IT services, software development, or consulting.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Familiarity with IT outsourcing models (onshore, offshore, nearshore).
    • Understanding of technologies like cloud computing, software development, and IT support.
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client challenges.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
