About the Company
Our Client is well-established organization who is looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join a welcoming and fast-paced environment.
The Role
Working as part of a vibrant and dynamic finance function, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Ensure all invoices are accurately approved and coded
Payment processing
Handling email inbox
Management of relationships with outsourced Accounts Payable team
Statement reconciliations
Banking
Assisting the finance team when and if required
Process implementation and improvements
Ad hoc tasks as required
The Ideal Candidate
Our client believes a positive attitude is key to success! You will also have:
A desire and willingness to learn, with strong problem solving skills
1-2 years of experience in a similar Accounts role would be highly desirable
Confident personality that enjoys speaking to key stakeholders
Strong communication and relationship building skills
High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
