The ideal candidate is passionate, self-motivated, and committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on building relationships with our clients, whilst utilizing your sales experience to grow and develop their accounts, with the objective of providing more value to their business.
Your Day-to-Day
- Develop effective relationships with key internal stakeholders to collaboratively drive a great outcome for customers.
- Facilitate knowledgeable discussions to identify, qualify and close expansion, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Drive strategic initiatives including upsell/cross sell campaigns.
- Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders.
- Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners.
- Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
- 3+ years of relevant software sales/account management experience (GRC software background being highly regarded).
- Willingness to own both customer success activities (onboarding, support, services, adoption, advocacy, retention) and revenue outcomes (license renewals, software, and services sales).
- Successful track record in meeting sales targets, including new software sales and customer retention etc.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, consultation, facilitation, cross-cultural communication, and customer service skills.
- Work with industry experts on a global scale, gaining hands-on experience on a variety of projects.
- You will be supported by senior leaders and the broader team through formal and informal training and development opportunities.
