Base pay range
- Melbourne Southeast location
- Business Partnering opportunity
- $110,000 - $120,000 + super + bonus

The role of Management Accountant reports directly into the APAC Finance Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes, delivering management and board reporting, and ensuring plans are achievable, actionable, and consolidated into broader business objectives.
This is a unique role, where you have visibility over end-to-end performance of the business and the ability to get a big picture understanding of the business.
Duties will include:
- To provide the day-to-day Finance support to the ANZ business ensuring all work is competed accurately, on time and in compliance to all accounting, legal and other regulatory policies, and rules.
- To ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting for the ANZ entities
- Support the ANZ business with any inquiries or other business partnering needs.
- To support the ANZ business as the SAP Finance power user , providing input into process changes, provide problem solving and education and perform robust testing of all system changes.
- Identify and deliver continuous improvement activities such as supporting SAP EPR system enhancements, process automation, and reporting to develop effective ways of working within the Financial Business Partner and broader Finance functions
- Support and advise the transactional finance team when required
- High level of involvement in ad-hoc projects, strategy sessions, planning sessions and business support projects across all areas of the business.
- Ad hoc projects and process improvements
Skills and Experience
- CA/CPA or equivalent qualified finance professional with experience providing commercial functions budgeting, forecasting and analytical support.
- Experienced and ability to partnering with various stakeholders and departments in an organisation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong commercial modelling and business intelligence skills
- Excellent financial acumen and able to make sense of complex, high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
- You are accountable and able to drive results, whilst working collaboratively with others.
- SAP experience required
