About the Role:

  • Collaborate with site managers and operational teams to understand business drivers and support decision-making.
  • Prepare and analyse monthly financial and operational reports, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and implement cost control initiatives and process improvements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and achieve financial targets.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

About You:

  • CA/CPA qualified (or close to completion) with a strong understanding of management accounting principles.
  • Proven track record in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing, construction, or industrial setting.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage non-finance stakeholders from all walks of life.
