The Role:

As a Manager, your role is central to our team's success. Your key responsibilities include team leadership, operational management, financial performance, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and client relationship management. With a focus on high employee engagement, you'll lead and guide your team, optimise productivity, achieve financial targets, and identify areas for improvement. 

Effective internal relationships and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service are important components of your role. Your ability to deliver results will play a critical part in our success. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead team development and delegate tasks to supervisors
  • Plan and implement team training and engagement activities
  • Manage team productivity and provide capacity reporting
  • Upskill team members and oversee client file reviews
  • Continuously improve processes and manage client onboarding
  • Achieve revenue and profit targets, manage forecasting, and identify upsell opportunities
  • Assist with monthly client invoicing
  • Build relationships with other BlueRock divisions and ensure efficient handling of inquiries
  • Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service and proactive communication
  • Address client complaints promptly and work towards resolution


Requirements

  • Team oriented and highly driven 
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills 
  • Sound time management and organizational skills 
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 
  • 5 - 7 years' experience             
  • Xero Advisor Accreditation would be an advantage
  • Advanced Xero knowledge 
  • Advanced Asana Knowledge 
  • Experience in a public accounting firm is highly regarded  
  • Experience in team leadership
