About The Role
As the first point of contact in the Service Department at Mercedes-Benz Melbourne, you will play a key role in shaping the department's professional image. - Perform general office duties and maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
- Strong communication, customer management, and organisational skills
- Professional presentation with a polished phone manner
- Experience with a multi-line switchboard
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Highly organised, flexible, and detail-oriented team player.
- Outgoing, approachable, and customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of service.

- Experience in a reception role within retail, automotive, or hospitality is preferred Managing a busy switchboard is a must, and proficiency with email and Microsoft products is essential
