Description:

The Opportunity:

The National Account Manager is responsible for the execution of the Peckish & Quorn (MNA) business strategy, Managing the Coles account.

At Monde Nissin, we pride ourselves on our relationships. We have strong, long-term relationships with our network so your ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders will be extremely important for this role.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working collaboratively with the Brand & Category team, Brands owner and Sales Operation, ensuring that the calibre of range review presentations and other engagements are at a high level of quality and in line with our internal needs and those of our customers
  • Managing the on-going relationship with the Coles Buying team and supporting teams.
  • Delivering against the key elements of the Budget including gross sales, market share objectives, gross margin and net sales delivery.
  • Participating in the S&OP process and in particular ensure forecasting of customer requirements occurs regularly, promotions are planned out in a timely manner and communicated through the demand team.
  • Ownership of the forecast ensuring strong DIFOT whilst managing excess inventory.
  • Executing a number of new SKU launches and increase overall brand exposure including new line and seasonal presentations.
  • Creating an analysis of the category, covering MNA’s performance, our competitors, and any trends within the category both domestic and overseas.


Skills and Experiences:

To thrive in this role, you will ideally possess:

  • Tertiary level education in Marketing or Business preferred but not essential
  • Detailed FMCG experience in a similar or Account Manager role
  • Effectively manage and build internal and external relationships
  • Ability to successfully negotiate and influence with a track record of success
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Effective time management and organisation skills
  • Motivated self-starter who can drive their own business outcomes and use their initiative to set their own goals and targets
  • Strong communication skills
