Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales efforts across multiple channels, selling our full suite of logistics solutions, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and supply chain management.
- Proactively prospect new clients, build relationships, and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Understand clients’ business challenges and develop compelling value propositions tailored to their needs.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, keeping ahead in the market.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers, enabling upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Own and drive your sales strategy, ensuring opportunity profitability, client satisfaction, and overall business growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years experience within customs brokering / freight forwarding / logistics or supply chain services
- Proven success in sales and business development
- Strong negotiation, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for problem-solving in a high-growth environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and thrive in dynamic settings.
- Ability to build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across industries.
