Our client is a unique For Profit, For Purpose business that draws on over 30 years of communications and digital technology capacity and expertise, to support and drive a range of public health initiatives and campaigns.
Having also gained an initial foothold in the FMCG market with manufacturers and distributors, they are now seeking to expand and develop this area of their business through a range of strategic investments.
Key to this will be the appointment of an experienced FMCG professional with a successful track record in Account Management, Business Development, Trade Marketing or similar to lead and drive this challenging and exciting initiative.
To succeed you will have a demonstrable track record of success in the FMCG world, ideally with an understanding of the Personal Care, Health, and Wellness category. Equally important will be your ability to develop, execute and drive a new market strategy into the Manufacturers and Distributors of these product groupings.
Your key interfaces and stakeholders would be Marketing Directors, Group Brand Managers, Heads of Promotion etc. Internally, you will sit on our clients ELT and will work directly with the CEO, as well as other key departmental heads.
You will be a person who would be genuinely excited by the chance to ‘build a new Division' from the ground up. Therefore, you will be someone who is relationship focussed with strong strategic and analytical skills, strong planning, project management and execution skills coupled with a resilient attitude and a desire to succeed.
