Located in the vibrant heart of Melbourne’s central business district, just steps from the arts and entertainment precinct, DoubleTree by Hilton is renowned worldwide for its warm hospitality and signature “Feel Good Moments.” As Night Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring every guest feels at home when they visit DoubleTree by Hilton Melbourne.

What will I be doing?

• Lead the Night Front Office team to ensure smooth operations during overnight shifts.
• Be the primary point of contact for any management related concerns or operational challenges throughout the night.
• Support and mentor the Front Office team, assisting with guest inquiries, front desk responsibilities, and Night Audit duties.
• Monitor and address guest feedback from review platforms, implementing improvements where needed.
• Uphold hotel security and emergency procedures, confidently managing any situations that arise.
• Deliver exemplary guest service, setting a high standard for your team to follow.
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism and ensure special requests are communicated to relevant departments.
• Prepare nightly reports and complete financial reconciliation duties.

• Strong understanding of health, safety, and security procedures.
