Join Atomic 212º, a leading independent media agency known for creativity, innovation, and award-winning campaigns. We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee office operations and provide vital support to our teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver efficient administrative assistance to ensure the office operates seamlessly.
Manage office inventory, restock supplies, handle office access, and oversee expenses.
Plan and execute internal functions and events, maintaining an annual calendar for People & Culture activities.
Organise travel and accommodation, manage itineraries, and coordinate schedules for team members.
Support the onboarding of new hires, coordinate interviews, and manage the return of equipment.
Work with the IT department to oversee office equipment and technical support needs.
Maintain and improve office systems and procedures for greater efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, clients, vendors, and service providers.
Assist with People & Culture training programmes, workshops, and seminars.

At least two years in a media or marketing agency environment supporting multi location offices
