Job Overview:
The Group Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing operations across all Ms Frankie Group locations, ensuring consistent quality, efficiency, and profitability while upholding the company's values and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Brand Culture
- Create and implement company culture aligned with brand values
- Strategize and execute brand standards as outlined in the 'Playbook'
- Drive efficiency and profitability across all branches
- Operations Oversight
- Provide leadership to venue managers, event managers, and executive chefs
- Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures
- Financial Management
- Monitor and analyze financial performance across all locations
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and reduce expenses
- Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and execute growth strategies
- Identify opportunities for expansion and new business ventures
- Employee Management
- Recruit and mentor managers
- Develop training programs for restaurant managers and staff
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Quality Assurance and Standards
- Maintain consistent quality standards and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular inspections and audits
- Relationship Management
- Build relationships with vendors, suppliers, and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on promotional activities
Qualifications and Skills:
- Extensive experience in restaurant management/Operations or similar role
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Excellent financial management and analytical skills
