We need an Operations Manager (we're flexible to a part-time or full-time basis based in either Melbourne or Perth) who is positive, driven, solution-focused, with sector-specific experience, to help us achieve this. This is an important role supporting our day-to-day NDIS operations and preparing the Company for its next phase as we diversify into new service areas including Aged Care (CHSP/Support at Home) and Foundational Supports (Active Minds Schools programme). Experience within a fast-paced private service delivery setting will set you up for success in this role.

The Role

The role works across the breadth of the organisation, partnering closely with our Team Leaders, Business Support Specialist, and Administration team. You will form part of Patches leadership team working together to take Patches to its next phase of growth and development. This is an ideal role for someone with experience working within the NDIS looking for their next step. We need a person who is both technically savvy (ideally with NDIS/Aged care/Lumary AH skills), and has the people skills to bring out the best in our teams.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Team Leaders and our Business Support Specialist to lead and manage all operational functions
  • Lead the optimisation of our CRM (Lumary AH)
  • Manage all matters relating to facilities
  • Work with the management team to meet audit requirements
  • Lead our WHS compliance
  • Assist in maintaining Standard Operating Procedures document
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement
  • Support business diversification

What you need to be successful?

  • Comprehensive NDIS experience and experience managing within an allied health and/or medical services environment
  • Ability to be a proactive problem-solver
  • Strong leadership and management experience, with great interpersonal skills
  • Desire to continually improve
  • Tech-savvy (experience in our CRM, Lumary AH, highly desirable) and proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

What we can offer?

  • Salary range $80,000-$100,000 exclusive of superannuation, plus participation in our incentive program
  • 5 weeks annual leave with 17.5% annual leave loading
