Job Description
The client is searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts All-Rounder / Accounts Administrator to join their team in the South-East. This flexible opportunity is ideal for a professional looking to balance work and life while contributing to the success of a growing business.
Key Responsibilities:Accounts Receivable
- Process daily banking receipts, reconciliations, and payment allocations
- Prepare reports for payments, banking balances, and updates for directors
- Manage invoicing, debtor finance accounts, and document uploads
- Perform daily/monthly system closings and assist with ad hoc tasks
- Process and reconcile creditor invoices and statements
- Prepare, review, and process payment batches
- Liaise with creditors and directors regarding payments and approvals
- Manage month-end closings and filing
- Answer calls, manage emails, and draft correspondence
- Support directors with account activities, balances, and documents
- Prepare sales and stock spreadsheets, petty cash reconciliations, and EOM tasks
- Handle shipping documents, mail runs, and bank reconciliations
