Job Description

The client is searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts All-Rounder / Accounts Administrator to join their team in the South-East. This flexible opportunity is ideal for a professional looking to balance work and life while contributing to the success of a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:Accounts Receivable

  • Process daily banking receipts, reconciliations, and payment allocations
  • Prepare reports for payments, banking balances, and updates for directors
  • Manage invoicing, debtor finance accounts, and document uploads
  • Perform daily/monthly system closings and assist with ad hoc tasks

Accounts Payable

  • Process and reconcile creditor invoices and statements
  • Prepare, review, and process payment batches
  • Liaise with creditors and directors regarding payments and approvals
  • Manage month-end closings and filing

Administration

  • Answer calls, manage emails, and draft correspondence
  • Support directors with account activities, balances, and documents
  • Prepare sales and stock spreadsheets, petty cash reconciliations, and EOM tasks
  • Handle shipping documents, mail runs, and bank reconciliations
